Tyler Engel
Tyler Engel grew up playing soccer very competitively for Chicago Magic. He was apart of the first DA Academy teams that went on to take 5th in 2008 and 3rd in 2009 at Academy Finals in Carson, CA. In 2010 Engel and his teammates switched over to Chicago Fire Academy for the season. After DA he went to play at SMU for two years before transferring to UNC Chapel Hill. He was drafted by Toronto FC in the fourth round of the MLS super draft. Engel's playing career led him to play against, and with, some of the best players in the US as well as a few Ballon d'Or winners! After his playing career, Engel founded Futbol Training Academy, where he has been developing top tier talent across the Chicagoland area over the past three years. Through his first hand experiences, he is able to guide and inspire players to reach their maximum potential.
Tim Engel
Tim Engel is a fellow native of Orland Park and played club competitively throughout his youth. Graduated and played at Carl Sandburg Highschool. Tim was apart of Carl Sandburg state champions in 2001 and 2002. Earned a Scholarship to St. Xavier to play. Tim brings great passion and love for the game. He will bring great energy along with direct insight of what it takes to play at the highest levels.
